Colleague Discount Scheme

Our colleague discount scheme is a benefit that we offer to all of our colleagues as a way to show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to the company. All colleagues can avail of a 30% discount in-store regardless of length of service.

Group Healthcare Scheme

We understand the importance of supporting our colleagues' health and well-being. That is why we offer a comprehensive health care scheme as part of our benefits package to all colleagues where we will contribute 50% towards your chosen health care plan with VHI. Online GP & Counselling services are also included under this scheme

We understand how important annual leave is and that is why we offer an enhanced leave policy as part of our colleague benefits package, where you can earn up to 27 days of annual leave per year, based on length of service.

Sick pay Scheme

Our sick pay scheme provides a level of financial support for our colleagues when they are unable to work due to illness or injury. This allows them to take the time they need to recover without worrying about the financial impact of taking time off work. Minimum service requirements apply under this policy.
